WithersRavenel in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Civil Professional I (EIT) graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 to support Site Civil Land Development with project engineers and design development.

This early-career role offers mentorship, collaboration, and a hybrid schedule with about three days in the office, helping deliver client-ready plans and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered).
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to professional growth.

As part of our Site Civil Land Development Team in Raleigh, you’ll support project engineers, contribute to design development, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high-quality plans. This role is perfect for early-career civil engineers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
