Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain CDCR clearance; CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain vehicle insurance.
• Ability to comply with health codes and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including food preparation, cleanliness, and health-code adherence.
• Plan menus and order food.
• Prepare meals according to approved menus and mealtime schedules.
• Label, store, and manage leftovers per sanitary requirements.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is functional.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
