Pasadena Villa- The Grove seeks a dedicated Culinary Assistant to prepare and serve meals for clients, ensuring dietary needs are met. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and teamwork in a residential care setting.

You will follow menus, label food, log storage temperatures, and assist with inventory while supporting cost-conscious kitchen operations. A ServSafe credential and strong reliability are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe certification required
• 1+ year culinary experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clients’ dietary needs are met and accommodate allergies and special diets.
• Follow all food safety, food storage, health safety, food service and sanitation standards.
• Prepare and serve healthy and flavorful meals to clients in a timely manner.
• Label all food items and maintain safe storage temperatures per guidelines.
• Collaborate with team on menu changes to accommodate client needs and special diets.
• Assist with inventory management and controlling food costs.
