• One year or more of culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clients’ dietary needs are met, including accommodations for allergies and special diets.
• Follows all food safety, storage, health safety, food service and sanitation standards.
• Follows recipes, prepares and serves healthy, flavorful meals in a timely manner.
• Utilizes proper sanitation and safety methods for storing, preparing and serving foods.
• Keeps items properly labeled and maintains safe storage temperatures as per guidelines.
• Works with team to adjust menus for client needs and special diets.
