Job summary

Developmental Services Of Franklin County, Inc. is seeking a Residential Service Manager to lead Independent Supported Living homes and supervise Direct Support Professionals.

You will ensure continuous, high-quality care and 24/7 coverage, while providing hands-on support as needed across Franklin County, MO. The role requires supervisory and direct support experience, a valid driver's license, and a flexible schedule to meet 24/7/365 service needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct support experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISL homes serving individuals with disabilities.
• Train, schedule, and support Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and quality of care.
• Provide direct support as needed, including transportation and assistance with daily living.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
