Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Home Insulation Technician to perform insulation and air sealing in residential settings around Edison, NJ. A company vehicle is provided for daily job locations, with responsibilities including installing energy efficiency products and venting appliances.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of residential construction, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work in a team. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of residential home construction.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Completing installation of energy efficiency products
• Performing insulation & air sealing services
• Venting appliances and sealing ductwork
• Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades
• Record and report to program staff customers and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues regarding installation in accordance with client specifications
