Job summary

True Management, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to support energy‑efficiency work at residential sites. You will assist with attic insulation, air sealing, and related tasks, while keeping the site clean and safe. The role involves loading/unloading trucks and helping with setup and teardown.

The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who can meet physical demands and follow safety rules. Prior experience in construction or HVAC is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pass background checks, drug & alcohol screening, and driving record checks.
• Ability to meet physical demands and lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation, caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs to windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Keep the job site organized and safe.
• Assist with job site set up and tear down.
