Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring a Residential Field Specialist to cover Southern New Jersey. You will install energy efficient equipment, perform energy audits and verifications, and gather field data in a defined territory. You’ll support Account Managers to influence stakeholders on energy efficiency projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in energy auditing, a high school or associate degree with relevant certification, and a valid driver’s license; BPI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as Energy Auditor or related role.
• High school or Associate’s degree with relevant industry certification/training preferred.
• Current or prior BPI certification.
• 21+ with a clean, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install energy efficient equipment and conduct energy audits and verifications on-site.
• Support Account Managers in promoting retrofits or new construction.
• Provide technical guidance on installation, configuration, or enhancements per client specs.
• Travel throughout a defined Southern New Jersey territory.
