Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a motivated Insulation Sales Representative to cover Everett, WA, and surrounding Puget Sound areas. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess attic and crawlspace conditions, and guide customers from inspection to installation.

Qualifications

• Residential insulation experience with technical know-how to assess attics and crawlspaces.
• Proven sales experience in insulation or related home-services fields.
• Track record of selling directly to homeowners and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of insulation systems, R-values, moisture, and energy efficiency.
• Ability to measure, scope projects, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication to educate homeowners and build trust.
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate extra opportunities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations across Snohomish, Skagit, and King Counties.
• Inspect attics and crawlspaces to assess insulation needs.
• Identify deficiencies and moisture/mold concerns and propose solutions.
• Educate homeowners on upgrades, energy efficiency, and rebates.
• Prepare estimates and customized proposals at or before leaving the property.
• Present recommendations and close sales with homeowners.
• Manage opportunities from initial consult to installation and rebate.
• Generate additional business through prospecting when slots open.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain communication with customers through installation and rebate stages.
