Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within insulation, restoration, construction, home improvement, or closely related field.
• Experience with Puget Sound Energy insulation rebate programs and rebate processing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of residential insulation systems, ventilation, air sealing, and energy-efficiency practices.
• Understanding of mold remediation, moisture intrusion, and indoor environmental concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and comprehensive inspections of attics, crawlspaces, walls, and floors.
• Identify insulation deficiencies, ventilation concerns, moisture intrusion, and potential mold-related issues.
• Recommend customized insulation, air-sealing, moisture-control, and mold-remediation solutions.
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, home comfort, and available rebate opportunities.
• Prepare accurate estimates and customized proposals.
• Explain and facilitate Puget Sound Energy (PSE) insulation rebates, including required documentation and program guidelines.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and self-generated leads.
• Build relationships with homeowners that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales, installation, and rebate process.
• Partner closely with project managers, office staff, and installation crews to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate estimates, customer interactions, and sales activity within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
