Job summary

Legendary Home Services in New Hope, MN seeks an Installation Project Coordinator to manage residential projects across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer & water divisions. You’ll work through the full installation lifecycle from sale to completion, coordinating with sales, operations, field teams, accounting, and customers.

You’ll ensure completeness of project details, schedule field teams, verify equipment needs, and maintain documentation across systems.

Qualifications

• Review sold projects to ensure required information is complete before work is scheduled or installed.
• Create and maintain project and job information in ServiceTitan.
• Verify scope of work, equipment, materials, measurements, photos, forms, and other required project documentation.
• Review submitted information for accuracy and identify missing or conflicting details.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and field teams to resolve project questions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules and field team assignments.
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside resources when needed.
• Verify equipment and material requirements prior to installation.
• Coordinate permit applications, payments, and required documentation.
• Schedule and track inspections through completion.
