Job summary

Legendary Home Services is seeking an Installation Project Coordinator in New Hope, MN to manage residential projects across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer & water divisions. You’ll guide projects from sale to installation, coordinating with Sales, Operations, field teams, Accounting, and customers to ensure accuracy, documentation, scheduling, permits, and successful completion.

You will own project details, ask questions when information is missing, and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication with customers, field teams, and vendors.
• Willingness to take ownership and follow issues through to resolution.
• Comfortable learning new technology and working across systems.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review sold projects to ensure required information is complete before work is scheduled or installed.
• Create and maintain project information in ServiceTitan.
• Verify scope of work, equipment, materials, and documentation for each project.
• Coordinate installation schedules and field team assignments; manage subcontractors as needed.
• Track inspections, permits, and closeout documentation; ensure billing readiness.
