Five Star Home Services is seeking an experienced Install Coordinator to move sold home-service jobs from sales handoff to successful installation. You will coordinate customers, schedules, payments, equipment, parts, and field teams to ensure jobs are ready and on track.

Role requires coordinating residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work with strong attention to detail, multi-job management, and clear communication with customers and technicians. Competitive benefits apply.

Formación

• Experience coordinating technicians, installers, customers, equipment, and schedules in a residential home-services environment.
• Understanding the workflow from sold estimate to scheduling and field execution.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/dispatch/scheduling software.
• Experience with field-service management tools (e.g., Lowe's portal).

Responsabilidades

• Convert sold estimates into scheduled jobs quickly and accurately.
• Verify payments and financing before jobs are scheduled.
• Confirm equipment and required parts are available before installation.
• Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation schedules.
• Communicate scheduling information, changes, and delays to customers and field teams.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, utilities, and necessary requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer and job information in the CRM.
• Register installed equipment with the appropriate manufacturers.
• Manage work orders, estimates, payments, documentation, and signatures through Lowe's portal.
• Identify scheduling gaps and help maximize field capacity.
• Support managers and technicians with information and resources.
• Provide backup Customer Service and Dispatch coverage when needed.
