One Hour Heating & Air - Leonard is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to maintain and repair residential systems. You will educate homeowners on options, perform leak tests, verify electrical continuity, and lead installations with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility includes EPA certification and a valid driver’s license. The role requires climbing and lifting, with a company car and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Verify electrical continuity on circuits and components with professional test instruments.

• Lead complete installations of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Oversee an Assistant Installation Technician and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
