• 3+ years as an HVAC service and installation technician (5+ years preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and EPA Certification.
• Hands‑on experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Comfort climbing ladders, crawling in tight spaces, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Proficiency in HVAC Service & Installation.

• Maintain, service, and repair residential HVAC systems to company standards—top-tier customer experience.
• Educate homeowners on technical findings and investment choices; present multiple solution paths.
• Pressure-test pipe and tubing joints for leaks using a gauge or soapy water solution.
