Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification and ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Experience presenting repair options and recommendations.
• Professional, customer-first approach and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and maintenance plans.
