Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and ability to explain options clearly.
• Experience presenting repair options and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify performance improvements.
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on upgrades, IAQ solutions, and maintenance plans.
• Complete each call with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Build trust through honest recommendations and reliable service.
• Generate replacement opportunities and referrals via exceptional service.
