This is a service-focused role for a technician who combines strong diagnostic skill with a consultative, customer-first approach. You will repair and maintain comfort systems, help homeowners understand their options, and recommend solutions that genuinely fit their needs and budget. You will work at residential job sites, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces. The role involves climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds, safely operating tools and company vehicles, and communicating effectively with customers and teammates.
