Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential heating and cooling service in the Mukilteo and greater Seattle area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, educate homeowners on options, and provide solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification.
• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners.
• Experience presenting repair options and recommendations.
• A customer-first mindset and a professional approach to service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to work independently, set goals, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and maintenance plans.
• Complete every call with professionalism, quality, and attention to detail.
• Build customer trust through honest recommendations and reliable service.
• Generate replacement opportunities and referrals through exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.
