Seatown is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential heating and cooling service in the Mukilteo and greater Seattle area. This service-focused role blends strong diagnostic skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, explain findings and options to homeowners, and educate customers on upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification.
• Clear communication with homeowners.
• Experience presenting repair options.
• Customer-first mindset and professional service.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently and set goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify performance improvements.
