This role emphasizes diagnosing problems, explaining options clearly, and ensuring homeowners feel confident in the work performed. You will work across heating, air conditioning, furnaces, and heat pumps while delivering exceptional customer service and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Experience presenting repair options and recommendations.
• Customer-first mindset and professional service.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify performance improvements.
• Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Educate customers on upgrades, IAQ solutions, and maintenance plans.
• Complete each call with professionalism, quality, and attention to detail.
• Build customer trust through honest recommendations and reliable service.
• Generate replacement opportunities and referrals through excellent experiences.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.
