Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Residential HVAC Maintenance & Repair Mechanic to service and repair home heating and cooling systems, diagnose issues, wire control boards, verify pressures, and complete startups with proper documentation.

You’ll work mostly at occupied homes, comply with safety policies, communicate findings to customers, and coordinate with dispatch. A HS diploma or GED, EPA certification, HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Solder/Brazing capability preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must communicate in English effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Beginner computing skills and comfort with a computer/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Identify components, handle wiring, and start up complete residential systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs to restore function.
• Test startup and document results to confirm operation.
• Inspect systems and notify dispatch/customers of outstanding concerns.
• Coordinate with office to plan and prepare daily parts and schedule.
• Transport parts, materials, and tools to job sites; keep inventory accurate.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites and company vehicle.
