Qualifications

• HVAC experience in residential settings is preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification with 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with customers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely work orders are handled.
• Diagnose malfunctions in residential HVAC units to identify repair needs.
• Repair heating/air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Manage repair costs and minimize inefficiencies.
• Achieve first-time fixes and meet productivity and service goals.
• Maintain and inventory tools and equipment to stay in safe working order.
• Respond to emergencies to resolve safety concerns.
• Transport tools and supplies to job sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
