Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Pooler, GA. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company pipelines, and your own prospecting, while partnering with our technical team to tailor solutions and ensure a 100% satisfaction experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably B2C.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and explain technical concepts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive growth with internal leads and personal prospecting.
