It’s Your Heating & Cooling Guy, LLC in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Elmore. The role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems for homeowners in the Toledo area.

Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Average W-2 earnings are in the high five figures, with top-performing technicians consistently earning well into six figures. Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.
