Job summary

Its Your Heating & Cooling Guy is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer Technician in Michigan to install, start up and test residential HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs and company standards.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, pay from $22 to $35 per hour plus commissions, and benefits such as medical insurance, 401(k), PTO, service truck, gas card, tablet, and steady year‑round work. Growth opportunities into leadership and training roles are available.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to install, start up and test equipment per manufacturer specs and company standards.

What We’re Looking For
