It’s Your Heating & Cooling Guy in Elmore, Ohio seeks a Residential HVAC Installer to join our award-winning team and serve homeowners in the Toledo area.

We offer a $5,000 signing bonus, a competitive hourly pay range of $22–$35 plus commissions, and benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Strong installation skills and reliability are essential for this role.

Pay Range:

$22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience


• Strong installation skills with the ability to properly install, start up, and test residential HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.


• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct


• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
