Job summary

It’s Your Heating & Cooling Guy, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer Technician to join our team. You will install, start up, and test residential HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and our standards.

Starting pay ranges from $22 to $35 per hour with commissions, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We offer medical insurance, a 401(k), generous PTO, a service truck, a gas card, a company tablet, and year-round work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong installation skills with the ability to properly install, start up, and test residential HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
• Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
