Job summary

Chapman Heating, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Indianapolis. This role is dispatched from home with a take-home vehicle and flexible schedules, offering hourly pay up to $40.00 plus categorized commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC residential or light commercial service experience.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance and in-home service calls for residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with service and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep job site and vehicle clean and well organized.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quality repairs.
• Accurately prepare invoices and timecards.
• Aim to exceed revenue goals and build referrals.
