Technician HVAC Maintenance (2025-1157)

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour plus categorized commissions

Key Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of HVAC residential or light commercial service experience.
• EPA Certification
