Chapman Heating, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a team serving Indianapolis. The role offers competitive pay up to $25.00 per hour plus categorized commissions and a robust training program.

You'll work on residential and light commercial systems, diagnose and repair HVAC components, and participate in ongoing education through an in-house Academy. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career growth within a national platform.

• EPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Work with customer service representatives and dispatch team to ensure success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate in all training exercises and meetings.
• Be accurate with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
• Understand sales criteria and strive to exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of HVAC residential or light commercial service experience.
