Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC residential or light commercial service experience.
• EPA Certification required or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance and related in-home service for commercial and residential customers.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and company retreats.
• Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals through effective sales criteria.
• Present yourself professionally to win referrals and repeat business.
