Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC residential or light commercial service experience.
• EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and related in-home service calls for commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Educate customers on finance options, products, services, and maintenance plans.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
• Exceed revenue goals by understanding sales criteria.
