GEM is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer to install, repair, and replace HVAC equipment for customers. This full‑time role includes benefits and a focus on quality workmanship.

You will provide excellent customer service, maintain organized paperwork, and work with supervisors and teammates in a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a CT Journeyman License - Sign on Bonus!
• Prior service experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
