Vitt Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in St. Louis, MO. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a benefits package that supports work-life balance. This position features a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and an hourly wage of $30–$45, with no on-call responsibilities and a take-home company

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Explain repair recommendations to homeowners.
• Verify proper system performance after repairs.
• Complete service reports accurately.
