Job summary

Vitt Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to install residential heating and cooling equipment and modify ductwork while delivering quality workmanship.

You will join a team, complete system startups, and ensure installations meet local codes and manufacturer specs. A valid driver's license, EPA Universal Certification, and 2+ years of experience are required; a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Replace furnaces, air conditioners, evaporator coils, and related components.
• Install and modify ductwork as needed.
• Perform system startups and operational testing.
• Verify installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Maintain organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.

Pay Range: $30-$40/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
