• Excellent troubleshooting skills across various HVAC equipment brands.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Willingness to maintain personal tools and pursue continued training.
• Comfort working safely on ladders up to 28' extension and 12' step.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliable, responsible, and ready to take ownership of your work.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about solving problems, maintaining high-quality standards, and creating positive experiences for every customer.

Compensation

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Top performers regularly earn well into six figures with spiffs, bonuses, and overtime.

Position Summary

Deliver expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on residential heating and cooling systems. Represent the company professionally while ensuring every service call meets high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed
