Doll Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC equipment and systems across metro St. Louis and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, an appropriate license, and EPA Universal Certification. We offer a take-home vehicle, company-provided training, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• St. Louis County Journeyman License or willingness to obtain.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC technical school / 2-year degree - desired.
• Daikin and/or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV certification - desired.
• Chiller maintenance experience - desired.
• Walk-in cooler service and maintenance experience - desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Service and maintenance of boilers.
• Deliver professional and responsive customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate technical skill gaps and training recommendations to the Service Manager to support team development.
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner.
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.

HVAC Service Technician - Commercial Journeyman| $40.00 - $48.40 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
