Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• HVAC trade school education or equivalent training.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and technical documents.
• Knowledge of repair and replacement recommendations.
• Experience with basic sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Understanding of airflow, duct systems, and balancing principles.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
