New Age Air Inc in Pottstown, PA is seeking an HVAC Helper to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $22.00–$27.00 per hour, with 40+ hours per week and occasional overtime.

You will gain hands-on experience assisting skilled technicians and have clear opportunities for advancement as you learn the trade. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, completed HVAC trade school, and a year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• At least a year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade.
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with residential HVAC installations and service calls.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Help maintain organized and safe work areas.
• Learn to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.
• Support senior technicians while developing technical skills.
• Deliver professional service to customers.
