Job summary

New Age Air Inc. in Pottstown, PA is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will install residential HVAC systems, ensure quality, and verify system operation.

We offer a strong pay range with bonuses, a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts, and three-day weekends. Benefits include 50% company-paid health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong understanding of residential duct systems and equipment sizing.
• Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigerant systems.
• Knowledge of residential building codes and installation standards.
• Familiarity with low-voltage controls and system commissioning.
• Ability to train and guide junior team members.
• NATE Installation Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year).

Pay Range: Up to $40/hour + Bonuses! Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
