Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal certification.
• NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform service work according to company quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience.
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members.
• Assist with training and supporting other Service Technicians.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and work overtime as needed.

Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $38-$46 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; minimum once-a-month on-call rotation and overtime as needed
