Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, inspecting systems, and maintaining records while adhering to safety protocols. Experience in commercial or residential HVAC is preferred, with NATE certification advantageous.

• Replace worn or defective components of HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Clean and calibrate systems to improve functionality and energy efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide customers with system performance reports
• Diagnose issues in HVAC systems
• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications to resolve problems
• Able to decide when to repair or replace
• Familiar with service and start up reports
• Adhere to safety protocols

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot multiple brands / manufacture of equipment


• Able to work independently to make a functioning system

Position Report to:

Project Manager

Hours:

7:00am-3:30pm (hours may vary depending on job)

Location:

Varies depending on project location, typically within a 60-air mile radius of Faribault, MN

Salary:

$25-$40+ /hr. (depending on experience)

• Time and half on service calls after hours


• Spiff Payment for each call

Requirements

Commercial or Residential HVAC experience (1+year preferred)

NATE certification (preferred)

Ability to follow specific directions

Ability to work within standards of accuracy

Repeat tasks according to set procedure

Evaluate information using measurable standards

Stand or walk for long periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use of arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects

Lift and carry materials weighing 1-100lbs
