As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, a company vehicle, tool account, monthly spiffs, company phone, company gas card and an IRA match plan.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role (4 years)
• Field service experience with the ability to run demand service calls
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a van for transportation purposes
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, appliance repair, plumbing, and mechanics
• Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
