Job summary

Legendary Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems in Osseo, MN. Diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role offers $32-$45 per hour, excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and a $2000 sign-on bonus for well-qualified technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and propose solutions
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork
• Collaborate with team to coordinate schedules and complete assignments
• Communicate with customers professionally and document service activities accurately
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices

About the Role: As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Competency Cards Preferred but not required
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
