Job summary

Redmond's Complete Comfort, LLC in Lock Haven, PA, seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and service on residential and light commercial systems, including generator service. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help train other technicians.

Take-home vehicle and gas card, in-house trainer, and tools are provided. This role offers a stable weekly pay schedule with growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• NATE certification highly preferred – training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Able to work from ladder, attic, or crawl space.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily perform residential service and routine maintenance.
• Service and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Perform generator service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a high-quality experience.

Residential HVAC - Service Technician | $24.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Options: 5-day, 8-hour shift | 4-day, 10-hour shift | overtime as required

Position Overview:

• Primarily residential service and routine maintenance
• Providing service and maintenance on a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Generator service
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Additionally, the technician will assist in the training and development of other service technicians.
