Hoveln Heating and Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. This role includes performing routine maintenance, advising customers on upgrades and IAQ products, and delivering outstanding customer service. • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Formal HVAC training.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test.

Residential Service - HAC Technician | $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Pay based on experience + spiff opportunities + additional on‑call compensation

Schedule: Monday through Friday | On‑call rotation every 5th week, with a 10:00 p.m. cutoff.

Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30am
