Job summary

Haller is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Exton/Lititz-area teams. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and more, while delivering professional service to homeowners.

You’ll work independently in the field with team support, sharing expertise with junior technicians. The role requires strong troubleshooting, a valid driver’s license, and a CFC certification, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools
• Professional customer communication skills
• Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
• Identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns
