Haller Enterprises in Lititz, PA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial systems. You’ll build lasting relationships with customers and work with a supportive team.

This full-time role offers a take-home company vehicle with a gas card, generous overtime, incentives, medical benefits, and 401(k) matching. EPA/CFC certification is preferred, and a technical background is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (Required).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while building lasting relationships with customers.

• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• Exhaust systems

In This Role, You'll

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred)
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for service documentation
• Technical school or associate degree is a plus but not required
