Job summary

Haller is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Lititz, PA. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while building lasting relationships with customers.

You'll work with equipment including air conditioners, boilers, chillers, pumps, and controls, and enjoy a take-home company vehicle with gas card. We offer generous overtime, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing technical training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (Required).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Identify potential problems before they become costly failures.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while building lasting relationships with customers.

You'll work on equipment including:

• Air conditioning systems

• Air handling units

• Fan coil units

• Chillers

• Boilers

• Pumps

• Cooling towers

• Makeup Air Units (MAUs)

• Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs)

• Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)

• HVAC control systems

• Commercial refrigeration equipment

• Exhaust systems

• And much more

In this role, you'll:

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues

What We're Looking For

• EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred)

• Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for service documentation

• Technical school or associate degree is a plus but not required
